A: Yes, we have retail stores located in Eagle, Meridian, and Boise (Overland Road), Idaho. Our Eagle and Boise Overland locations feature self-service dog washes.

Q: Can I get advice on selecting the right product for my dog or cat?
A: Absolutely! You can contact us by phone or email to ask a Northwest Pets team member for product information or to answer other customer service related questions.
Q: How do I use my Ted-e-Club Loyalty points?
A: Once you reach 200 points, a $5 credit will be issued to your customer record that will be redeemed on your next purchase. The value of this credit will not appear in your online shopping cart total, but will be deducted prior to charging your credit card. This will be reflected on the sales receipt attached to the invoice mailed with your shipment.
When shopping in one of our Northwest Pets retail stores, we will notify you at checkout when you have points available for redemption.

A: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express on our website, in addition to cash and checks in our retail store locations.
